Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (BA/BS).
• 5+ years of related experience required.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on‑site liaison between client stakeholders and the PMO, ensuring requirements are clearly captured, communicated, and actioned.
• Manage secure document and data transfers across classified and unclassified networks, maintaining compliance and data integrity.
• Handle formal customer correspondence over secure networks in alignment with security protocols.
• Support meetings (virtual and on‑site) by documenting requirements, minutes, and action items to closure.
• Synchronize schedules across multiple secure calendars and time zones, aligning client and remote resources.
• Oversee access requests, credentialing workflows, tickets, and onboarding support.
• Coordinate on‑site meeting logistics, facility availability, and visitor access.
• Identify workflow gaps and propose scalable process improvements.
• Coordinate and track program milestones, upcoming releases, due dates, and acquisition requirements.
