Job summary

Peraton is hiring a Development Support Process Engineer to join our Cyber Mission team in Annapolis Junction, MD. This full-time role requires 1880 hours of support per year at a customer location, supporting a large agile software development project under the PMO.

You will provide process engineering support to plan and execute systems engineering and agile development processes, with a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph within 10 years.

Qualifications

• Requires ten (10) years of experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Experience planning and executing agile development projects.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph within the last 10 years.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
