Job summary

Peraton is hiring a Senior Process Engineer for our Cyber Mission unit in Jessup, MD. This full-time role supports a major Intelligence Community contract and requires 1880 hours per year at a customer location.

You will drive cross-program coordination and standardize processes to reduce integration risk. Required: BS degree + 15 years process-improvement experience, TS/SCI with polygraph, strong communication, and experience with agile practices and Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Education; four years of additional process improvement experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Fifteen years of process-improvement experience on programs/contracts of similar scope, with five years in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across acquisition.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

• Coordinate activities among senior leaders to obtain required information and ensure alignment.
