Job summary

GES is seeking an experienced Principal Solutions Architect to join our Integrated Information Technology Support Services (I3TS) team at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role will support a major digital modernization program for DTRA and collaborate with Leidos and government leadership to drive innovation and efficiency.

The position requires a TS/SCI clearance, 8–10 years of relevant experience, and a track record in secure, scalable IT architectures and migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoW TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience designing secure, scalable on-prem and cloud infrastructures.
• Experience migrating applications and services.
• Strong communication of architecture to executives and technical stakeholders.
• Active DoW 8570 IAT Level II certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Support the I3TS Principal Solutions Architect and drive continual modernization.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead analysis of alternatives and proofs of concept.
• Oversee development of proofs of concept and draft detailed project plans with cost, schedule, and risk assessments.
