Job summary

You will lead engineering tasks, coordinate projects, and ensure compliance with DISA STIGs while maintaining infrastructure health across data centers and cloud resources. Qualifications

• Experience providing Tier 2–4 support and incident resolution.
• Strong Windows and Linux server administration knowledge.
• Experience with virtualization, AD, DNS, DFS, DHCP, and STIGs.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth Tier 2–4 support and resolution for tech products and apps.
• Lead and perform engineering tasks for Windows/Linux servers and virtualization.
• Configure and manage VMware vCenter and NSX-T environments.
• Coordinate engineering projects, perform risk assessments, resolve conflicts.
• Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DFS, DHCP, and STIGs per security posture.
• Support and maintain infrastructure environments and patching.
• Create system documentation and briefings for review boards.
