Job summary

You will help configure, maintain, and secure the environment, coordinate engineering projects, and ensure compliance with DISA STIGs while leveraging tools like Splunk, Check_MK, McAfee ePO, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience providing Tier 2–4 technical support for technology products and applications.
• Experience coordinating engineering projects and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth Tier 2 through Tier 4 support and problem resolution for technology products, infrastructure, and applications.
• Lead and perform engineering activities involving Linux servers and workstations.
• Configure, administer, and maintain VMware vCenter and NSX-T environments.
• Operate and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DFS, and DHCP.
• Maintain DISA STIGs and security posture requirements.
• Support incident tracking and resolution across multiple support tiers.
