Job summary

Shield Consulting Solutions, Inc. seeks a Lead Engineer to maintain datacenters with multi-domain networks and design an updated Hosted Desktop Infrastructure to meet new security restrictions. You will install, configure, and support VMware vCloud, and design NetApp storage solutions for scalable environments.

The role requires TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance, 12+ years in IT, and a technical degree. You will work on Cisco UCS hardware, Linux/Windows/Mac OSX, and scripting across

Qualifications

Security+ Certification required.
12 years of experience in the Information Technology field.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 8 years of experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

Lead Engineer maintaining datacenters with multi-domain, cross-platform networks.
Evaluate and design updated Hosted Desktop Infrastructure for security restrictions.
Install, configure, and support VMware vCloud environment.
Design and implement storage solutions using NetApp clusters.
Set up Cisco UCS hardware for virtual environment.
