• Security+ certification required.
• 12 years of IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; 8 years can substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem resolution.
• Support day-to-day IT operations for client/server/storage/network devices.
• Configure and manage Linux systems; patching and security hardening.
• Manage TLS certificates and update Linux distributions for security.
• Assist with system design and architecture; document SOPs in Confluence.
