Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking Enterprise System Engineers (Level 1-6) to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with POLY and have experience applying system engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement.

Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must meet one of the listed criteria for education and experience.
• Active TS/SCI with POLY is required for the role.
• Experience applying system engineering principles across the full life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
• Ensure technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work across ISO/IEC15288 process areas.
• Independently analyze and recommend alternatives for elements of the project’s technical design.
• Perform systems engineering activities and assist in preparing work products for ISO/IEC 15288.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics) from an accredited college or university plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience

Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management) or a related discipline from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one (1) year of systems engineering experience

PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline may be substituted for three (3) years of systems engineering experience

A High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of general system engineering experience (any Process Area) may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
