Job summary

Core One is seeking Systems Engineers L1-6 to support our IC program. This role requires a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance and offers the chance to work on mission-critical national security initiatives in a team-driven environment.

You will apply project management models, provide analysis, design, development, deployment, and lifecycle support for hardware systems, and help teams prepare for program control gates while aligning with enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance required.
• Associate degree equivalent to 18 months specialized experience.
• Bachelor’s degree equivalent to 3 years specialized experience.
• Master’s degree equivalent to 2 years specialized experience (up to 5 with Bachelor’s).
• Doctorate equivalent to 2 years specialized experience (up to 7 with Masters and Bachelor’s).
• General experience can substitute for specialized years at a 3:1 ratio.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of technical IT trends and ongoing projects.
• Apply project management models (Spiral, Waterfall, Agile) for development efforts.
• Provide analysis, design, development, deployment, and lifecycle support for hardware systems.
• Develop end-to-end cost analysis and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture.
• Assist teams to prepare for CIO PM program control gates.
• Communicate project status to senior management; may lead contractor teams.
