Job summary

PTFS seeks a Digitization Operator in the Warrenton, VA area for full-time, on-site work. The role requires active TS/SCI FS Poly clearance and hands-on digitization experience, including operating scanning hardware, performing QC/QA, and preparing assets for digitization projects.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of clearance, strong Windows skills (Word, Excel), attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple digitization tasks in a fast-paced environment in the DMV area.

Qualifications

• 1+ years digitization or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years with active TS/SCI CI or FS Poly clearance good standing.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Windows Microsoft based applications to include Word, Excel, etc.
• Experience with digitization hardware and scanning processes.
• Quality control/QA for scanned deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and scan hardcopy assets for digitization.
• Manage QC/QA of scanned images for quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report discrepancies against inventory/manifests.
• Create and upload deliverable outputs per project instructions.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot scanning hardware across platforms.
