Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Partnership and Transition Subject Matter Expert to stand up and sustain a dedicated Partnership and Transition Office. You will drive the creation, integration, and operation of R&D partnerships across government, industry, academia, and international partners to deliver mission-ready transitions.

The role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, advanced technical degrees, and robust program management experience across the DoD/IC.

Qualifications

ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph.
Master's degree in a technical field; Bachelor's degree in technical field is acceptable with experience performing FIVE (5) or more years of hands‑on mission work
FIVE (5) or more years project management experience across teams, and proficiency in program management principles
THREE (3) or more years work in a mission‑focused organization across the DoW or Intelligence Community (IC)

Responsibilities

Enable and execute stand-up, integration, and sustained operations of the Partnership and Transition Office.
Build, manage, and operationalize R&D partnerships across government, industry, academia, and international partners to ensure high-risk, high-payoff research transitions effectively to mission impact.
