Guidehouse is seeking a User Support Specialist to lead software training and provide user support to action officers and specialists. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain/maintain CI/FS polygraph.

Travel up to 10% is possible. The successful candidate will collaborate with IC users, team members, and leadership to improve software adoption, document requirements, and analyze metrics to support intelligence operations.

Qualifications

• Practical and operational intelligence experience.
• Collection and/or analysis as an intelligence professional.
• Understanding of TCPED process.

Responsibilities

• Lead software training for IC users and teams.
• Demonstrate tradecraft guidance to users.
• Provide user support to action officers and specialists.
• Document requirements, create training materials, and collect metrics to improve software adoption.
