Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Support escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers.
• Assist in hardware/software problem isolation affecting applications, OS, hardware, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and maintain network components; implement OS enhancements for reliability and performance.
• Integrate new technologies and migrations (to cloud environments) across environments.
• Support transition planning and service delivery timelines to ensure continuity.
• Guide lower-level technicians and collaborate on integrated teams.
