Job summary

Recruiters' Network Inc. is seeking a driven Mechanical Engineer in Carlsbad, CA to design, develop, and qualify complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies.

This hands-on role centers on 3D modeling, hardware development, and lab work within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include defining requirements, performing trade studies, supporting the full product lifecycle, and providing technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in mechanical design or related field.
• Graduate degree with 4+ years in relevant area; or 10+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and qualify complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Own significant system components; lead trade studies and design optimization.
• Perform requirements definition, concept generation, and design documentation.
• Work hands-on in lab environments with a multidisciplinary team.
