The role emphasizes hands-on lab work, ownership of major components, and leadership across the product lifecycle, with requirements for a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 6+ years experience, and security clearance (TS/SCI w Poly).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Active TS/SCI w Poly security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and qualify complex mechanical systems, including precision mechanisms and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Own significant system components and provide program leadership across the full product lifecycle.
• Perform 3D modeling and hardware development in a lab environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support program objectives.
