Red Arch Solutions is seeking a versatile Knowledge Manager / technical Writer to establish and govern the knowledge management framework for the DIA program. You will build centralized repositories on JWICS, author technical documentation, and develop role-based training for data stewards and staff.

This role blends writing, instruction design and knowledge management in a DoD/IC environment. A TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required; expertise with SharePoint JWICS, Confluence, and MS

Qualifications

• Clearance: Active Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph required.
• 8+ years blending technical writing, instructional design, and knowledge management in DoD/IC environment.
• Expert-level proficiency with SharePoint JWICS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish, govern centralized knowledge repository on the DIA JWICS SharePoint site.
• Implement document management with version control, workflows, access controls, and retention lifecycle.
