Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation of software systems and related products.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders, program managers, and teammates.
• Experience deploying, configuring and maintaining enterprise IT systems such as ServiceNow.
• Experience deploying cloud-based enterprise applications in AWS and Azure.
• Experience with Linux administration and deploying Linux-based systems.
• Experience with system upgrades, patching and regular IT maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ServiceNow system architecture and related components to meet requirements.
• Monitor performance with Splunk dashboards and AWS CloudWatch.
• Deploy code to test and production in self-hosted, Kubernetes and AWS environments.
• Lead or participate in troubleshooting to ensure enterprise system availability.
• Perform OS and application patching and upgrades (Linux, ServiceNow, Tableau, Splunk, Kubernetes).
• Develop automation and IaC using Python, Ansible, and related tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and manage system requirements.
• Document configurations, procedures and best practices.
• Create technical documentation and maintain system-related reports.
