Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
• Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification or be able to obtain within 3 months
• ServiceNow CSA certification or able to complete CSA training within 3 months
• 4+ years of relevant design, development, and implementation experience with software systems
• Strong documentation and verbal communication skills for stakeholders and teams
• Experience deploying ServiceNow and cloud-based IT systems (AWS/Azure)
• Experience with Linux administration and patching/maintenance
• Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines
• ITIL v4 and other certifications are beneficial

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow architecture to meet requirements
• Collaborate with teams to gather and manage system requirements
• Document configurations, procedures, and best practices
• Install and deploy server resources from cloud services and update software
• Create technical docs and maintain system reports
• Prepare SOPs and project documentation
• Coordinate releases and change management for ServiceNow
• Provide input on system design, tuning, and troubleshooting
