Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an IT Systems Engineer (SE) to design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow-based architectures across enterprise IT environments. Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph required.
• BS degree or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or equivalent within 3 months.
• ServiceNow CSA certification or training within 3 months.
• 4+ years of design, development, and implementation of software systems.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining ServiceNow and cloud-based IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow architecture to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
• Document system requirements, configurations, and procedures.
• Install, configure, and deploy server resources from cloud services.
• Create technical documentation and system reports.
• Prepare SOPs and project documentation.
• Document all configuration changes per security best practices.
• Coordinate releases with deployment teams and break-fix solutions.
