Delta Solutions & Strategies is recruiting for an Information Technology Equipment Custodian to support USSPACECOM operations in Colorado Springs. The role emphasizes meticulous inventory management, asset control, and compliance with DIA and DoD policy.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in a related field, Security+ certification, and TS/SCI clearance, with 2–5 years of IT inventory experience. A physically capable team player completes the profile.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• 2–5 years of relevant technical experience.
• Security+ certification required.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 20 pounds.
• TS/SCI clearance; SAP may be required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain HQ USSPACECOM/IT CMS database with systems and equipment data.
• Track software licensing and update the database within 1 business day of changes.
• Conduct semi-annual and annual 100% physical inventory of assets.
• Ensure hardware/software are added to inventory before installation; dispose per policy.
• Manage warranties and software licenses; coordinate with NIWC for purchases.
• Maintain a database inventory listing location and identifiers.
• Perform quarterly spot-check audits and report results.
• Utilize contractor van for equipment transport between facilities.
• Serve as HQ USSPACECOM POC with Base Equipment Control Office.
