Job summary

You will oversee logistics, inventory, procurement, and data analysis, ensuring accurate tracking, asset disposition, and timely reporting in a team of logistics professionals.

Required: BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of related experience, TS/SCI with Polygraph, US citizenship; proficient with MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint skills.
• Security Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Location: On Customer Site
• US Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

• Manage government property and assets per contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations.
• Support the client’s logistics requirements through analysis, organization, planning, and administration of provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities.
• Complete inventory management tasks for materials, parts, supplies, and equipment with minimal supervision.
• Receive, barcode, inventory and disposition assigned equipment.
• Update tracking/management database with asset information.
• Move equipment between facilities via pallet jack or pushcart.
• Maintain consumable stock levels and complete equipment reorders as required.
• Conduct distribution and network studies to develop strategies for delivery times.
• Provide hands-on logistics analyst and technician support within a team of logistics professionals.
• Perform duties related to shipping/receiving, inter-plant transfers, barcode assignments and database maintenance.
• Responsible for annual inventory of thousands of items, coordinating with security and logistics managers.
• Maintain attention to detail and track multiple tasks through evolving policy.
