Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking a Specialized Infrastructure Services Engineer (SE5) to join our team in Maryland. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI w/Poly and have strong understanding of end user architectures and system administration with the customer.

As a Specialized Infrastructure Services Systems Engineer, you will provide assessments of end user architectures, administer Windows and VMware-based systems, and collaborate with network, storage, and server personnel to deliver robust

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAM Level I+ compliance required.
• Assess end user computer architectures for resource optimization.
• Analyze and plan capacity to optimize system operation.
• Break down complex problems and plan actions to meet customer needs.
• Configure Windows, VMware, and OS software; maintain network components.
• Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering assessments of end user architectures.
• Administer Windows, VMware, and desktop-based systems.
• Collaborate with network, storage, and server teams on solutions.
• Respond to requests for new systems to meet capacity and user needs.
• Install and administer user desktops for critical systems.
