Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret/SCI clearance.
US Citizenship is required.
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience within the last ten (10) years managing projects of similar scope; one included ISR support.
Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

Responsibilities

Staffing, formulating and enforcing work standards, creating personnel schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating Government policies, purposes, and goals to employees.
Manage and oversee all aspects of delivery for products, projects, integrated solutions, and services.
Be responsible for contract, project, and task order delivery including profitability, revenue growth and financial performance.
Direct and manage projects, tasks, personnel, and resources while interfacing with customers, employees, and leadership on status and deliverables.
Establish and maintain disciplined processes for administering TO efforts with focus on cost-efficiency, schedule, performance, quality.
Use KPIs to monitor performance, ensure delivery, and facilitate management decisions.
Identify risks, resolve problems, and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
Track actions discussed with Government through resolution and report results.
Identify cost reduction/mitigation initiatives and improvements during PMRs.
Collaborate with engineering, finance, contracts/subcontracts, business development, purchasing, and recruiting.
Ensure adherence to government guidance and corporate procedures across programs.
Be the primary interface between Government customers and internal resources for contractual/technical matters and program reviews.
