Job summary

DCI Solutions is seeking a seasoned FSR Analyst to work closely with analysts, train users, and mentor teams. You will troubleshoot issues, develop new use cases, and collaborate with the engineering group to improve products.

Responsibilities include desk-side and classroom training, building initial dashboards, and supporting briefings with senior leaders in a global enterprise setting. A TS/SCI clearance and DoD experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Experience with Gotham, AIDP, Gaia, Maven or Foundry.
• Technical background with HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java; hardware, networks, and server administration.
• Experience training analysts in a classroom setting.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Experience in DoD, including joint capacities and with high-ranking military officials.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Train analysts/operators in classroom and operational settings.
• Provide desk-side training and mentoring to users.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases.
• Assist engineering by providing feedback and building initial dashboards.
• Staff the Help Desk and respond to user requests.
• Attend briefings with senior leaders and support analysis efforts.
