Job summary

LMI Government Consulting seeks a driven FSO / Security Lead to own personnel, physical, and industrial security for a TS/SCI program across multiple sites in the Washington, DC area. You will ensure compliance with NISPOM, ICD 705, and DoD/IC security requirements, and serve as primary liaison with government security representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of industrial or personnel security experience.
• Knowledge of NISPOM and DoD/IC security requirements.
• Experience leading dispersed teams.
• Experience with ICD 705 SCIF facility design and accreditation.
• Experience managing DD Form 254 compliance.
• Experience with SAP facilities and environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Facility Security Officer for the program.
• Oversee personnel, physical, and industrial security across locations.
• Coordinate SCIF design, accreditation, and buildout.
• Liaise with government security representatives and authorities.
