Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Finance and Acquisition Specialist to support government R&D through full acquisition lifecycle management. You will identify funding needs, review proposals, process funding packages, and report on financial health while ensuring compliance with federal procurement policies.

You will collaborate with technical staff, manage multiple priorities, and apply risk assessment knowledge to maximize client resources and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Acquisition Management, Contract Management, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 6+ years' experience in IC acquisition lifecycle framework and federal budget/spend plan management.
• Experience with procurement lifecycle from source selection through closeout.
• Experience with Government financial tools such as ALM and Cognos to initiate, track, process, and report on funding activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide full acquisition lifecycle management for government R&D funding.
• Identify funding needs and review funding proposals.
• Process funding packages and report on financial health and activities.
• Advise on financial reporting requirements, client specifications, and government regulations to streamline the process.
