Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Finance and Acquisition Specialist to support government R&D through full acquisition lifecycle management, funding package processing, and financial health reporting. You will work with a variety of technical and project management staff, applying risk assessments and procurement policies to ensure compliance and maximize client resources.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a BA/related field, with 6+ years in IC acquisition and federal

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with polygraph (Top Secret SCI with Polygraph).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Acquisition Management, Contract Management, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Six (6) or more years' of experience in IC acquisition lifecycle framework and federal budget/spend plan management.
• Experience with procurement lifecycle from source selection through closeout.
• Experience working in Government financial tools such as ALM and Cognos to initiate, track, process, and report on funding activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide full acquisition lifecycle management for government R&D funding.
• Identify funding needs and review funding proposals.
• Process funding packages and report on organizational financial health.
• Manage multiple priorities and coordinate with technical and project management staff.
• Apply knowledge of risk assessments and federal procurement policies for compliance.
• Advise on financial reporting requirements, client specifications, and government regulations to streamline the process.
