Job summary

Guidehouse supports CFO Front Offices across the Intelligence Community with advisory services, advancing government objectives in financial management and systems. We seek an experienced consultant to join our team, bringing deep expertise in Federal, IC, and DoW budget policies, processes, and systems, and in business process improvement.

You will diagnose challenges, map architectures, and develop solutions spanning organizational boundaries.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience within the Intelligence Community (IC)

Responsibilities

• Support CFO Front Offices across the IC with advisory services
• Map current and future system architectures across IC, DoW, OMB, and Treasury
• Define requirements for system updates and process changes
• Document and address security and vulnerability requirements with financial management and CI teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to chart interfaces for financial systems
• Identify, document, and analyze existing IC CFO processes to drive improvements
• Apply process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause assessment to remove non-value-added activities
• Assess legacy system conversion requirements and coordinate with stakeholders for audits and reporting
