Job summary

Dalcom Engineering is seeking an experienced Engineer to support a team focused on mission-critical research, development, systems engineering, and modernization efforts for the U.S. Army.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 3+ years of experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance. You will design, analyze, and integrate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (any discipline) required.
• 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Proficiency with engineering software and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop products, machinery, and systems to meet organizational and societal needs.
• Implement and optimize processes for extracting, processing, and utilizing materials and resources.
• Develop new materials and technologies to enhance product performance and leverage advancements.
• Analyze the environmental and user impact of engineered products and systems.
• Supervise production, testing, and maintenance activities to ensure quality and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including breakdowns and performance challenges.
• Estimate project timelines and costs, and support planning and budgeting efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
