Dalcom Engineering is seeking an experienced Engineer to support research, development, systems engineering, and modernization efforts for the U.S. Army. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's in engineering, and 3+ years of professional experience.

The team focuses on mission-critical projects, with opportunities to design, analyze, and implement advanced materials and systems while collaborating across disciplines in a HUBZone-certified small business environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Proficiency with engineering software and analytical tools applicable to assigned discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop products, machinery, and systems to meet needs.
• Implement and optimize processes for extracting, processing, and utilizing materials.
• Develop new materials and technologies to enhance performance.
• Analyze environmental and user impact of engineered products and systems.
• Supervise production, testing, and maintenance activities to ensure quality and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including breakdowns and performance challenges.
• Estimate project timelines and costs, and support planning and budgeting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
