Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking a Watch Team Analyst to join the Operations Watch Team at Quantico, VA. This role provides 24x7x365 real-time analysis of events and incidents on the Clients’ Enterprise Network, acting as a consultant to the Watch Officer and using IT service management tools to monitor, detect, and respond to network events to ensure mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years on an operations staff supporting the Watch Team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, detect, and take immediate action on events and incidents on the network.
• Identify problems and take actions per Watch Team procedures.
• Create formal reports and assign work requests to proper group.
• Collect and analyze events from multiple sources and correlate data.
• Advise Operations Officer on best business processes.
• Manage, track, and file client information.
• Assist in creating and distributing Daily Turnover Logs.
• Serve as action officer with cyber incident response knowledge.
• Organize client data per team procedures.
• Filter information to provide data for decision making.
• Provide Watch Team reports as needed.
• Provide executive-level Watch Team briefings for the client.
