Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS with 4 years of experience substituted for degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Broad capabilities in research, analysis, and report writing.
• Able to work in a 24x7x365 operations environment.
• Experience with open-source analysis and alerting systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor classified databases, ticketing systems, alerting services, news, social media for threats to critical infrastructure.
• Provide initial triage and analysis to gauge severity and reporting needs.
• Generate timely, actionable reports for government leadership and partners.
• Operate in a time-sensitive environment with strict security and confidentiality.
• Coordinate incidents to resolution with a dedicated team.
