Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant project experience in tech domains.
• Master’s degree preferred in Engineering/Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the project with the Program Manager to meet cost, scope and schedule.
• Manage contract costs, schedules and technical performance commitments.
• Direct staff development, mentoring, and morale of distributed teams.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and partners on program success.
• Assist with proposal processes including cost estimation and schedule development.
• Hire and manage performance of employees under PM supervision.
• Support forecast of direct labor and contribute to revenue goals.
• Prepare monthly status reports and integrated master schedules.
