Assured Information Security (AIS) in Rome, NY seeks a Project Manager II to assist the Program Manager in executing complex DoD technology programs. You will help manage cost, schedule, and staff performance while coordinating with technical leads to align deliverables with customer needs and contract constraints.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of research-focused project leadership, DoD contract experience, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/Cyber or related field with 5 years of tech project work.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Management or related field preferred.
• Strong DoD project management knowledge and experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Program Manager in project execution and team management.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance to meet contract goals.
• Lead staff development, mentoring, and morale for distributed teams.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and partners for project success.
• Support proposal processes including cost estimation and schedules.
• Help manage annual operating budgets and forecast labor needs.
• Prepare monthly status reports and integrated master schedules.
• Support regular customer meetings and business development.
