Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Desktop Systems Technician to deliver face-to-face and remote Tier 1–2 support for hardware, software, and applications across USCENTCOM networks from Tampa, FL. You will monitor devices, manage ADPE, and help ensure system readiness.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, 1+ year of related experience, and DoW 8140/8570 certifications. On-site work at MacDill AFB is expected with potential 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• DoW 8140 or DoW 8570 certification.
• Windows, Linux, and/or virtual environments experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage functionality and efficiency of computers and devices.
• Provide onsite O&M support for client computing devices (PCs, laptops, PEDs, peripherals).
• Perform end-user IT system and software maintenance for USCENTCOM COOP.
