Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Desktop Systems Technician to join our USCENTCOM IT Services program in Tampa, FL. You will deliver face-to-face and remote Tier 1/2 incident resolution for desktops and peripherals and support systems across secure networks.

The role requires DoD 8140/8570 certifications, 1+ years of related experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance. US citizenship is required, with on-site work at MacDill AFB.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face and remote Tier 1 and 2 incident resolution for hardware, software, and applications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot client computing devices including PCs, laptops, thin/zero clients, PEDs, and peripherals.
• Manage lifecycle and disposition of equipment, including CERP and LCR processes.
• Develop procedures for load set configurations and track user issues, software conflicts, and device conflicts.
• Provide support to Coalition partners as needed and be available for 24/7 operations.
