Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Database & Systems Administrator to support NRO initiatives, focusing on HP Content Manager and system administration tasks. The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, Security+ and a background in IT/Database management.

You will handle patching, migrations, access controls, documentation, and training while collaborating with vendors and government partners to ensure system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or 5 years relevant IT experience.
• Security+ certification and TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Experience as IT Analyst or Database Manager or similar IT-focused position.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency with HP Content Manager tool and related records management should be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical system administration support to IMSO in accordance with Federal laws and regulations.
• Support the daily administration of HP Content Manager, including patches, upgrades, access controls, migrations and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain system documentation.
• Coordinate with NRO systems engineering support and vendors for upgrades/modifications and performance.
• Submit service requests and trouble tickets as needed.
• Develop training courses and provide systems/software training for users.
• Provide routine tech and admin support for IMSO websites and SharePoint.
• Stay current with existing information technology used.
