Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Database & Systems Administrator to support IMSO with HP Content Manager and related IT systems.

The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and a strong background in database management and content management tools. The successful candidate will administer system configurations, patches, migrations, and access controls; produce documentation; and coordinate with vendors and engineering teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or 5 years relevant experience.
• Security+ certification required.
• Experience as IT Analyst, Database Manager, or similar IT-focused role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HP Content Manager tool.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical system administration support for IMSO in accordance with federal laws/regulations.
• Administer HP Content Manager, including patches, upgrades, access controls, migrations, and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain system documentation and support materials.
• Collaborate with vendors/system engineers to plan upgrades and maintain performance.
• Write service requests and troubleshoot issues; assist with SharePoint administration.
• Develop training courses and provide user training on systems/software.
