Job summary

The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is seeking a Database & Systems Administrator to manage the HP Content Manager tool and maintain system documentation. The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, a relevant IT degree or equivalent experience, and hands-on administration across IT systems.

Responsibilities include configuring and patching software, supporting migrations, and providing training for users while coordinating with vendors and engineering teams to ensure performance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/CS or 5 years of IT experience
• Security+ certification and TS/SCI with Polygraph required
• Experience as IT Analyst or Database Manager or similar IT role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in technical writing

Responsibilities

• Provide technical system administration support to IMSO in accordance with Federal laws and regulations
• Support daily administration of HP Content Manager including patches, upgrades, access controls, migrations, and troubleshooting
• Create and maintain system documentation
• Collaborate with NRO systems engineering and vendors to ensure upgrades and performance
• Submit service requests and trouble tickets
• Develop and deliver training for users on systems/software
• Provide support for IMSO websites and SharePoint
• Stay current with existing information technology used
