Job summary

Leidos in the Digital Sector is building a new Agile team to accelerate federal IT modernization. You will gather, clean, and transform data, design dashboards in Kibana, and present insights to stakeholders. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and strong analytics, visualization, and communication skills in a security-focused environment.

Initial development allows partial telework; later, on-site work at a secure Washington, DC facility is required. Join a high-impact, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required for consideration.
• Experience designing and building data visualizations and dashboards with Kibana.
• Hands-on data cleaning, transformation, and analysis using Python, SQL, or R.
• Strong data modeling, ETL, and data pipeline development knowledge.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; adept with version control.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources for accuracy and usability.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards, dashboards and visualizations using Kibana.
• Translate analytical results into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand data needs and business challenges.
• Refine and maintain data transformation pipelines for reliability.
• Develop self-service analytics tools and reusable data assets for end users.
• Document data models, logic, and analytics workflows.
• Work with data engineers and analysts to deliver integrated data solutions.
