Job summary

Probity Inc. seeks a Technical Operator to plan and oversee technical infrastructure supporting priority mission requirements.

You will coordinate across divisions to shape blended operations, oversee testing and validation of capabilities, and lead engagement with mission partners to align solutions with operational needs. The role requires managing complex programs, effective written and verbal communication, and willingness to travel to support objectives across CONUS and OCONUS.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in a relevant technical field.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to varied audiences.
• Experience with penetration testing and defensive cyber methods.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS as required.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape blended operations to address capability gaps with leadership.
• Guide teams delivering operational solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Provide insight on network analyses across multiple networks to identify common technologies.
• Foster relationships with mission partners and coordinate with client officers.
• Oversee technical development by external partners and advise on cyber operations.
