Job summary

Hoplite Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced Technical Operator to support mission-facing cyber and technical operations across complex network environments in Chantilly, VA. You will guide blended operational solutions, oversee testing of capabilities, and coordinate mission planning materials with leadership and partners.

Requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 20+ years in a technical field, and proven ability to communicate complex topics to varied audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field and at least 20 years of technical experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for complex mission-critical topics.
• Understanding of penetration testing, defensive methodologies and network intrusion response.
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS to support mission requirements.
• Experience coordinating with mission partners and multi-agency teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with Division leadership and multi-discipline team to define and shape blended operations to address strategic capability gaps
• Guide teams developing operational solutions to complex technical challenges
• Provide insight and support to network analysis across multiple networks to identify common technologies that could advance operations
• Foster and maintain relationships with mission partners
• Oversee technical development efforts performed by partners outside of the organization
• Provide direction and support across cyber operations
• Oversee, steering and consulting in engineering technology areas, vulnerability research, and network models for mission success
