Job summary

The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph, a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in a relevant field, and strong communication skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years in a relevant technical field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Expertise in designing, building, and testing networks leveraging commercial telecom technologies.
• Expertise in cellular air-interface and network equipment; knowledge of data packet flow from edge to internet.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure devices (routers, switches) in mobile core enterprise networks.
• Ability to read and interpret commercial technical design/engineering docs related to cellular mobile core tech.
• Strong written and oral communication for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Travel CONUS and OCONUS to support mission requirements.
• Draft and coordinate formal correspondence on subject matters with partners.
• Understand cellular network signaling.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and procedures.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a multi‑discipline team and solve complex problems.
