Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT operations or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and maintain health of servers and networks.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Manage change and patching with minimal downtime.
• Direct system administrators and engineers; set goals.
• Develop DR strategies and test backups.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement scripts.
• Collaborate with partners and document procedures and incidents.
• Provide on-call support for critical incidents.
