Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field with minimum 7 years’ experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Expertise in designing, building, and testing networks leveraging commercial telecom technologies.
• Expertise in cellular air-interface and network equipment; knowledge of data packet flow from edge to internet.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure devices (routers, switches) and their use in mobile core networks.
• Experience reading and interpreting commercial technical design/engineering docs for cellular mobile core tech.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Travel CONUS and OCONUS to support mission requirements.
• Draft and coordinate formal correspondence on subject matters and technical operations with partners.
• Understand cellular network signaling.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and procedures related to technical projects.
• Demonstrate ability to be a self-starter and integrate into a multi-discipline team.
