Job summary

Assured Consulting Solutions is seeking an Expert Systems Engineer to lead engineering teams across NSG/ASG and federal agencies, driving requirements engineering, system integration, test and evaluation, and maintainability for GEOINT programs.

The role requires a STEM degree, 18+ years of DoD/IC experience, TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to collaborate with government customers in on-site environments in Springfield, VA or Chantilly, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
• 18+ years of DoD/IC acquisition and systems engineering experience.
• TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain and pass polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Direct requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, and analysis across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies.
• Plan and review requirements traceability and cloud service capabilities.
• Advise Government on changes to designs based on requirements and new tech.
• Translate mission requirements into system/capability requirements.
• Lead AoAs, CoAs, trade studies and engineering assessments.
• Coordinate with Senior- to Junior-level contractor engineers.
