Job summary

Integrity Technology Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Expert-Level Systems Engineer with TS/SCI/Polygraph clearance. The role focuses on leading multi-discipline teams across geospatial-intelligence programs, ensuring requirements traceability, architecture alignment, and timely delivery.

You will advise on designs, translate mission needs into system requirements, and oversee integration across NSG/ASG, NGA, and DoD programs. A Master’s degree and extensive DoD/IC experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM fields, or equivalent expert-level experience (18+ years).
• Expert working experience in DoD/IC acquisition and system engineering of large complex systems.
• Experience with systems lifecycle and NSG/ASG/NRO enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams across requirements, solutions, scheduling, reliability, and integration.
• Analyze requirements and translate mission needs into system requirements and capabilities.
• Advise government on design changes based on requirements and new tech.
• Coordinate AoAs, CoAs, trade studies, and engineering assessments.
• Oversee senior-, mid-, and junior-level systems engineers.
