Job summary

InSequence Inc. is seeking a TS/SCI-cleared Systems Engineer with 5+ years of experience to support an ISR web development project in St. Louis, MO.

You will deliver IaC and SRE for web-based imagery systems across DoD environments, designing, implementing, and maintaining automation that provisions infrastructure and apps in AWS and on‑premises. You will lead deployments, automate compliance, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure while collaborating with cybersecurity teams to sustain secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or Industrial Design (or equivalent relevant experience).
• 5+ years in a systems/infrastructure engineering role.
• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• Strong scripting skills: PowerShell, Ruby and Bash.
• AWS experience (Storage, Compute, Networking).
• Effective communication and collaboration with customers and peers.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to provision cloud and on‑prem infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines, configuration management, and compliance testing.
• Implement automated compliance validation and remediation workflows for security baselines.
• Provide technical leadership for reliability of production systems and services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and drive continuous service improvements across environments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain secure ops.
