Job summary

T-Rex Solutions, a cleared contractor, seeks a Service Desk Engineer to support the Intelligence Community at Ft. Meade, MD. You will analyze user requirements, guide customers, and provide technical leadership across systems engineering efforts.

Ideal candidates have a TS/SCI with FSP and a Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years total experience; you're comfortable using JIRA and REST services to resolve access issues and incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
• Total experience of 12 years with 5 years of SE experience substituting for a bachelor’s degree.
• Active TS/SCI w/ FSP clearance within 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop system architecture and design documentation; guide development and implementation planning.
• Interact with Government personnel on SE considerations and issues; ensure technical integrity of work and deliverables.
• Support customers integrating with Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization services; assist with REST service integration and access control issues.
